We recognize that good project management is the key to success.  Our qualified engineers are not only concerned about the results but also takes time to reflect on every step of the procedure such as: cost, timing, design, engineering, processing, quality etc.
Ango Mould appoints 10 experienced project engineers to each individual project and customer.  They are in involved in the entire project starting from RFQ and all the way to delivery while constantly being in communication with the customer.  Some examples include:
•   Quickly responds to RFQs within 24 hours.  If there are any problems with design, we will submit our suggestions and improvements along with the quotation.
•   All work is finalized step by step. Before the start of the project, our project engineers have meetings with all related departments to work out the best solution on how to optimize structure and design, how to control critical dimensions, how to shorten delivery times, and how to guarantee quality and cost reduction .
•   Weekly project reports with digital pictures will be provided to customers in order to update them with the latest status of their project . Project engineers keep day-to-day status reports allowing them to easily control any emergent problems (if any) while closely communicating with customers.
•   Regarding potential problems, project engineers will quickly and easily and take action to correct problems as they emerge. With a ERP system that is updated in real-time by special clerks, all facets of daily factory operations are recorded, tracked and shared without any breaks in communication
•  A detailed study and review of part drawings, structure, mould flow analysis etc. are communicated in-depth in order to ensure full a understanding of our customer’s requirements.
