Quality Management
Therefore quality is controlled from the inception of the mold design throughout the entire sourcing and manufacturing procedure all the way to final delivery
1)Mold Design Control
Our engineers engage in detailed study sessions with our customers in order to properly review part drawings, customer’s requirements, mold flow analysis, design optimization and mold structure.
2)Material Control
A. We source qualified suppliers such as:
Mold Steel ASSAB ( IMPAX 718S, IMPAX 718H, STAVAX S 136S, STAVAX S 136H; DAIDO ( PX88, NAK55, NAK80, DC11, DC53; FINKL ( P20HH, P20LQ; LKM LKM2344SUPER, LKM2344, LKM2344, LKM2316H, LKM838H LKM738H, LKM2312; AUBERT & BUVAL (France) ADC3, SMV3W THYSSEN (German) GS-162,GS-808VAR,GS-738,GS-316ESR, GS-083ESR, GS-711,GS-316S, GS-128H, P Moldbase DME, HASCO, FUTABA, LKM, Hot Runner MOULD MASTER, MASTER TIP, HUSKY, HASCO, DME, YUDO, INCOE, THERMOPLAY Components Standard DME, HASCO, MISUMI, PROGRESSIVE, STAUBLI, DAIDO, LKM,RABOURDIN Resin Basf, Dupont, Bayer, LG, Chi mei, Toray, Dow, Mep, Sabic, Samsung
B. IQC inspects the material and tests the the steel hardness、material specification etc.
3) Processing Control
The technician inspects their work before starting and again upon completion. IPQC performs random inspections in every process as per every 2 hours. Such inspections consist of: Electrodes Inspection, Core and Cavity Steel Dimension Inspection, and Pre-Assembly Inspection(Cooling system checking, Ejection system checking, Vent system checking). IPQC records the status and analyses it to see if there are any existing emergencies so that problems can be controled and solved at inception before it enters the remaining processes.
4) Molding and Samples Inspection
Resin and colorant utilized are as per the customer’s specification. Our professional technicians will set up the right programs for the moulding process. For the mould trial or first molding, the engineers and inspectors will be hands-on to inspect for more than 20 shots parts when compared to the drawings and specifications. They will provide the authorization to proceed if there are no issues.
5) Pre-Shipment Final Inspection
The technician and QA inspector inspects the moulds, samples and/or parts before delivery. They will refer back to the customer’s requirements in order to validate the packagaging, accessories, color, etc.
6) Delivery and After Service
Our business relations team have been in the export business for more than five years and are well informed and experienced when it comes to international trading terms and operations. They will ensure a smooth delivery and provide professional post delivery service as required.
